Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, Please login to your BUBU Store account.

Note: Some items are eligible for FREE return shipping, other items are NOT.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not allowed. Please request a return for any damages or issues with your order. 

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please return it to us for a full refund of your purchase price including sales tax if applicable.  You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: Original purchase price and sales tax will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
